Biker Mike has been in Arizona 60 years. He bought his first bike at age 14 in 1956. Even then, he was covering a lot of territory in Arizona and most of the roads at that time were dirt.

He is a proud member of the American Legion, Post 34 in Cave Creek, Arizona and a charter member of American Legion Riders, Post 34.

Biker Mike will visit and showcase your business along with a radio interview discussing and highlighting your business or services to Arizona’s listening audience. Biker Mike’s theme song was written and sung by Arizona’s own Alan Harkrader.

Good times at the Bass Pro Shop event today in Mesa, Arizona.
Woo, Trafficman and Chaz were elected to be 3 of 36 BBQ Judges for the Kansas City BBQ Society.
We tasted ribs, brisket, chicken, & pork. Prize was $20,000 for the best, 3 hours of tasting and finished off tasting three steaks.
We took home all meats that we tasted. The other soldiers got treats that the BBQ people brought out to them.
Our thanks go out to Biker Mike of the Discover Arizona Show

BOYCE THOMPSON ARBORETUM

Our mission is “to instill in people an appreciation of plants through the fostering of educational, recreational, research and conservation opportunities associated with arid land plants.” Every day our visitors help us achieve this by walking our trails, enjoying the collections, and reading about the thousands of plants that surround you while you are here.

The arboretum is located near milepost #223 on US Highway 60, a one-hour drive due east of Phoenix or about 90 minutes from the North side of Tucson via Oracle Road to highway 79 North past Florence to the crossroads with highway 60 — then another 12 miles East on highway 60.
ADMISSION is $9 for adults and $4.50 for ages 5-12,
and free to children younger than age 5.

BIKER MIKE IN CROWN KING

=====
Crown King….the now-living ghost town ….is located in the pine forest of the Bradshaw Mountains, in the Prescott National Forest. It is approximately two hours from Phoenix to the south, and Flagstaff to the north.

You can experience the beginnings of spring with an array of spring flowers. Follow this with a warm, sultry summer. A perfect escape from the heat and pressures of the big city. You can experience colorful leaves in autumn and view a winter wonderland.

There’s miles and miles of trails for hiking, biking, and off-roading.
Clean, fresh mountain air prevails. Enjoy blue skies by day with breaktaking mountain views and countless stars in the evening.
